About Villa Capri

The Villa Capri Mobile Home Park was founded by John and Mamie Kai in 1972.  As a prominent farming family from Marana, the Kai's had the goal of building a safe, clean, and affordable community to live in.  John and Mamie resided at the park for more than 20 years.  Their attention to detail and love for fellow residents is still present at the Villa Capri today.

Throughout the years, Villa Capri residents have made the park a very special place.  Our community hosts many enjoyable activities, including pot luck dinners, bingo nights, and excursions.

The park is convenient to the I-10 freeway, shopping, and the Northwest Medical Center.  Rent includes water & sewer, garbage & recycling pick-up, select cable TV channels, and all park recreation facilities.
